MARLIN 1894 ACCESSORIES

A friend of mine wanted some custom leather for his Marlin 1894 lever-action rifle. This butt stock cover/cartridge holder is made
of 5 to 7 oz. veg-tanned tooling leather, dyed medium brown and finished with nickel hardware and brown thread and lacing.

The butt stock cover also acts as a rear sling attachment point with a strip of leather passing under the laces.

The cobra-style sling is made of 10 to 12 oz. tooling leather, features ten cartridge loops, and is adjustable for length.

Lastly, I also wrapped the lever itself with a piece of 5 to 7 oz. tooling leather for user comfort while working the action.
It's held on with brown lacing and can be removed and re-attached as desired.
